Conor McGregor offers to backup Becky Lynch in WWE

Becky Lynch is WWE’s hottest star at the moment. However, after suffering a broken nose and concussion on Monday Night Raw recently, the SmackDown Live Women’s Champion has found herself sidelined. Lynch is working to recover as soon as possible so she can get back into the ring and continue taking the WWE by storm.

Recently, Lynch – who has been killing it in the Twitter department as well – responded to story online that compared her to UFC megastar Conor McGregor. The story suggested that Lynch was “channeling” her fellow Irishman.

Lynch responded by saying that she and McGregor are bonded by their Irish blood, however, if they ever came face-to-face she’d break his arm – and share a glass of whiskey with him after:

“The Man channels no one. @TheNotoriousMMA & me are bonded as Irish brother & sister. But if I ever got within 2 miles of him I’d break that bond, and his arm, in three short seconds. I’d be too tempting; he’d completely understand too. Proper12 after.”

McGregor responded to Lynch’s comments, telling her to call him if she ever needs “proper” backup, making a reference his Proper 12 whiskey:

“Call me when you need Proper back up.”
