Curtis Axel signs allegedly confiscated from fans at WWE Raw

As noted earlier, it looks like there were Curtis Axel signs confiscated on Raw. The Minnesota native got a great reaction from his hometown crowd and he got to do a couple of spots as a tribute to his late great father “Mr. Perfect” Curt Hennig before eventually losing to Bo Dallas.

He has been responding to fans on twitter saying that security was taking away signs at Raw. Usually someone backstage at WWE directs security to take away signs that they feel are negative or are considered to be a distraction for the TV cameras. We don’t know why signs were taken at Raw this week. In addition to the responses about the confiscated signs, Axel has also been retweeting fans asking why he hasn’t been used more on TV.

WWEShop.com currently does not have any Curtis Axel merchandise up on their website so when a fan asked if his “Skol, Axel, Skol” shirt would be made available, he simply stated, “doubt it.”
