D-Von Dudley dealing with bulging discs in his back

D-Von Dudley shared an update on how he’s doing physically on a recent episode of the Table Talk podcast.

The WWE Hall of Famer revealed that he has multiple bulging discs in his middle and lower back as his spine has shifted and is now touching nerves. He is hoping that he can get surgery to fix the issues and get back to feeling normal.

“Well, you know, I found out that I got the two bulging discs in my lower back and then I got the two in the middle of my back but it’s okay. We’re gonna — and the spine shifted a little bit so what’s happening is the disc is touching the nerves. This is what I explained last week and what they have to do is they have to go in and kind of move it. The spine kind of shifted back a little bit and then get the bulging disc away from the nerves and when they do that, they said I’ll feel like a new man again so I can’t wait for that.”

D-Von stated the pain is killing him and he’s on Prednisone, a steroid, to relieve the inflammation on the nerve. He’s trying to take it easy to further help his lower back.

D-Von stated last month that he no longer does business with Bubba Ray Dudley after years of success as a tag team. However, Velvet Sky later disputed what D-Von had to say about the split.
