WWE Smackdown Live General Manager Daniel Bryan recently spoke with Gorilla Position about various topics. During the interview, he was asked if he’ll ever be back in the ring again, he said that if you were to ask WWE, then the answer would be no.
When asked if there will be a there be a payoff to his feud with The Miz, Bryan said that as far as he knows the answer is no. He stated that the thing about WWE, any form of entertainment, fighting or sport is to never say never. He said that he keeps working on the doctor’s standpoint of it and trying to find a way to get cleared. As of right now, he has done everything he can possibly do and stated that it’s an unfortunate scenario to him but at the same time he is very grateful for the amount of time that he has been a pro wrestler. He noted that WWE gave him this amazing platform and that he wrestled in front of 30,000 people while in New Japan but was on the undercard. However, while he was in WWE he was given the opportunity to wrestle front of thousands of people.
