Daniel Bryan to make a “career-altering announcement” on tonight’s SmackDown Live

WWE has released a preview article for tonight’s episode of SmackDown Live in Worcester, MA at the DCU Center where the company is teasing that Daniel Bryan will make a “career-altering announcement” on the show.

This comes after Bryan and Rowan lost the SmackDown Tag Team Titles to The New Day during the triple threat match with Heavy Machinery at Sunday’s WWE Extreme Rules pay-per-view event in Philadelphia, PA.

Following the contest, Bryan cut a promo in a video that WWE released on YouTube about him failing to put the tag team division into the main event scene and how it was the other tag teams that brought him down.

Bryan was originally slated to take part in the “Cross Brand All-Star Top 10 Battle Royal” on Monday’s Raw but was later replaced by Sami Zayn. It should be noted that Bryan was backstage at the TV event but wasn’t used.

According to WWE.com, “In the aftermath of the interview, WWE.com has learned that Bryan plans on making a career-altering announcement tonight on SmackDown LIVE. Bryan has promised that this will change the course of his career and shake SmackDown LIVE to its core. Just what exactly does Bryan have planned?”
