Dave Meltzer is reporting that the long-term plan for SummerSlam right now is for a Daniel Bryan vs. Brock Lesnar match for the WWE title. That would be one of the main events for the show. We noted earlier this week that Cesaro vs. Lesnar was not in the plans for SummerSlam. If they do go in that direction then it would be after SummerSlam.
Plans can change though if Bryan is not able to wrestle at the Money In The Bank show on June 29th. In that case then plans would change and someone else would be going into SummerSlam as the champion.
