WWE reported today that Daniel Bryan went successful surgery to repair his lingering neck injury. Bryan went in for a procedure known as cervical foraminotomy to decompress the nerve root. The surgery was performed by WWE’s doctor in Pittsburgh Joseph Maroon.
The word from WWE sources is that Bryan should be back by Summerslam and the recovery for this type of surgery can take a couple of months.
