We were sent an exclusive sneak peek at the season six episode of Dark Side of the Ring about “Superstar” Billy Graham.
The clip recalls the time his heart temporarily stopped while he was WWWF Champion. The episode features Graham’s wife, Valerie Coleman, and his daughter as they talk about his experience with drug abuse and pain.
The episode’s synopsis notes, “Often imitated, never duplicated, Superstar Billy Graham broke the mold for what a wrestler could be but steroid abuse and battles with the McMahons kept Graham from the spotlight.”
The episode premieres on Tuesday, April 22 at 10 p.m. EST on VICE.
