Fans that are planning to go to the BoardWalk Beatdown convention in Atlantic City are in for a treat. For the first-time ever, Darren Drozdov and D-Lo Brown will be doing a photo-op together.
Long-time fans might recall that Droz was paralyzed after taking a running powerbomb from Brown at a Smackdown taping. The match never aired and Droz has been confined to a wheelchair but he never blamed Brown for what happened. Droz has said that it was a fluke accident on a move that Brown had done many times. Brown stopped doing the running powerbomb and says that he was never the same after that night.
Droz doesn’t make many public wrestling appearances so this is a rare chance to get a chance to talk with him. This pairing may seem odd to some but it was done at the request of both men and it allows them to spend some time together while meeting fans and getting a nice payday.
