Dave Bautista: I Would Still Be Involved In WWE If I Wasn’t Acting

Dave Bautista left WWE in 2010 to become a full-time actor. Like in pro wrestling, he had some major challenges to overcome before making it big.

Over a decade later, Bautista is a well-respected actor. However, just because he’s in Hollywood doesn’t mean he has lost his love for wrestling. The future WWE Hall of Famer had part-time runs with WWE in 2014 and 2019.

While speaking on BuzzFeed Celeb, the former World Champion was asked what he would be doing if he wasn’t acting.

Bautista said, “I would still be involved with WWE, I hope. Because I really loved it. It wasn’t that I ever wanted to not be a part of that universe because I love the WWE Universe. It was just that I became so passionate about acting, and I’m still pursuing it with everything I have, but I still love that world. I have a good relationship with the company. I hope that they would always leave the door open for me because I just love professional wrestling.”

Bautista’s “Killer’s Game” movie comes out in theaters on Friday.
