WWE 24/7 Champion Drake Maverick decided to have some fun on social media.
Maverick shared a photo on his official Instagram account of the title in his refrigerator. This was a famous photo that former WWE Champion CM Punk did in 2011 after he beat John Cena for it at the Money in the Bank pay-per-view event. The storyline going into the match was that Punk vowed to win the championship and leave the company with it as his contract was expiring.
Punk began providing updates on the state of the belt on social media including this famous photo. Punk signed a new contract and made his return to TV a few weeks later.
