Karrion Kross returned to WWE with a different look as he kept his short hair and didn’t revert back to his bald look. He is also presented like he had been under Triple H’s leadership in NXT, where he was booked as a top star.
The differences that Kross dealt with from his time in NXT and on the main roster due to Vince McMahon have been well documented, as one version of McMahon repackaging him was having Kross wear a helmet. He didn’t have the same entrance nor Scarlett by his side. They were let go by WWE last November.
Once Triple H took over creative, he brought back both Kross and Scarlett Bordeaux, who returned to WWE on Friday’s episode of SmackDown by attacking Drew McIntyre, who was getting ready to fight Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns ahead of their Clash at the Castle match.
McIntyre took to Twitter after the show to roast Kross by writing: “Was I just jumped by the guy last seen wearing bondage and a helmet? I’ve had better Fridays…”
As previously reported, WWE has big plans for Kross.
Was I just jumped by the guy last seen wearing bondage and a helmet? I’ve had better Fridays…
