Duke Hudson is no longer with WWE. Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp reported on Monday that Hudson was released by the company in January, though news of his departure was delayed.
The reasons behind his release are currently unknown. As seen below, Hudson confirmed the release in a new video where he had a dark and white version of his personality.

Hudson initially debuted in NXT in 2019 under his real name, Brendan Vink, before a brief stint on Raw in 2020 alongside Shane Thorne. He returned to NXT and was repackaged as Duke Hudson in 2021, participating in the NXT Breakout Tournament. 2
He found his most prominent role as part of Chase University in 2022, eventually winning the NXT Tag Team Championship with Andre Chase in 2023. Chase University disbanded in late 2024, and now, it appears Hudson’s time with WWE has come to an end.
