A last-minute change has occurred for Pandemonium Pro Wrestling’s The House Always Wins event on April 17th.
While AEW’s Wardlow was initially advertised, he is now unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances. Filling his spot, former WWE’s Duke Hudson will now compete in a six-man tag team match, teaming with Alan Angels and Fuego Del Sol against Jordan Cruz, Sonico, and Wicked Wickett.
Since his WWE release in January, Duke Hudson (formerly of Chase U) has seen a surge of interest from international wrestling promotions. Fightful Select’s Corey Brennan reports that companies in Australia and Europe are keen to book him.
Hudson’s upcoming appearance at Pandemonium Wrestling during WrestleMania weekend, originally slated for later in the year, was moved forward due to Wardlow’s unexpected withdrawal from the April 17th event.
Pandemonium Wrestling sources praise Hudson’s professionalism and work ethic. This event will mark his first match since leaving WWE.
🚨CARD CHANGE🚨
Unfortunately due to circumstances outside of our control, Wardlow is no longer able to join us in Las Vegas for The House Always Wins.
Changes like this are unfortunate but we’re happy to announce that Duke has been added to the match in place of Wardlow. pic.twitter.com/rAHiaOzNFp
