As announced on this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite, there will be something on the show called the “Dynamite Dozen Battle Royal.”
Jim Ross stated that the match will feature 12 men and the last 2 men standing will face each other on the following week. The winner of the final match will win a ring. They did not say what the significance is of the ring but it sounds something like the Battle Bowl ring that was part of some WCW pay-per-views in the 1990s. Perhaps, we’ll get more details next week.
Next week’s show will also feature Jon Moxley vs. Darby Allin. The match was set after Moxley issued a challenge to anyone in the AEW locker room. Later in the night after winning a match, Allin grabbed the microphone and said he would accept Moxley’s challenge and it was announced by Jim Ross that the match would happen on next week’s show.
