WWE is looking to rebound from last week’s July 4th edition of Monday Night Raw tonight that drew low ratings and has loaded up this week’s show.
Fightful Select reported some early notes for tonight’s show. Elias being integrated into the show was planned as they’ve already prepared materials for that character.
The report noted a story or moment of Alexa Bliss’ Lilly Doll being stolen by someone pitched. However, the report stated it’s unclear whether the pitch was approved and planned for the show.
R-Truth was to referee a match at one point, as well. MVP, Reggie, Street Profits, and Omos are planned for the show.
WWE has confirmed that Brock Lesnar will appear on Raw to build further his last man standing match against Roman Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Universal Title at SummerSlam on July 30th.
Also, Bobby Lashley will defend the United States Title in an open challenge match, and Riddle vs. Theory in a singles match has already been announced.
