ECW original Justin Credible has been hospitalized to treat a calf infection. The former champion shared the news on X on January 19, 2026, revealing that while the issue is not life-threatening, it required medical attention.
Hospitalization And Infection Details
Credible addressed his condition directly from the hospital, noting that the issue had been lingering. “At the hospital treating my calf for infection,” Credible wrote. “The blood work & testing nothing too serious but my leg has been a problem for a while so I’m glad I’m taking care of it. Send me some prayers.”
Sobriety And Physical Transformation
The hospitalization comes amidst a period of positive personal changes for Credible. On New Year’s Eve, he celebrated a significant milestone in his recovery journey. Sharing before-and-after photos, he highlighted his progress with DDP Yoga and his sobriety.
“The difference is insane,” he wrote on December 31, 2025. “2 1/2 months ago, I walked into treatment facility for addiction. Today I’m 2 1/2 months sober. I’ve lost 25 pounds w help of @DDPYoga & @RealDDP. I’m 52 years young. 2026 is going to be my year. I’m so blessed to have my family, friends & all of You.”

Previous Health Issues
This is not the first health scare for Credible in recent months. In October 2025, he was hospitalized following a car accident in Philadelphia. Despite this latest setback with his leg infection, Credible remains focused on his recovery and health goals for 2026.
