Edge reflects on his pro wrestling retirement

WWE Hall of Famer Edge took some time to reflect on his time in the pro wrestling business and retirement from it.

On Thursday, Edge took to his official Twitter account where he reflected on retiring from wrestling by writing the following:

“Today is 8 yrs since I retired. This pic is from right after announcing it. That’s a look of relief after 20 yrs of fulfilling all of my dreams and then some. I’ve since helped make 94 episodes of television, a podcast & 2 beautiful little girls. Not exactly “retirement” I guess.”

Edge is one of the most decorated professional wrestlers of all-time due to him winning 31 championships in WWE during his career. He was forced to retire from pro wrestling due to a history of neck problems in 2011.

The former WWE Champion was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame by Christian in 2012.
