During this week’s episode of “83 Weeks” Eric Bischoff commented on being on this past week’s SmackDown saying, “I had a blast. I’m so grateful at this stage of my life being able to pop in and reconnect with some people that I haven’t seen in a long time, hang out with a little bit, and just be around it.”
“Certainly getting out in front of a crowd, feeling that energy, and just being a part of it in a small way scratches the performer’s itch in me, however big or small a segment that I’m involved in is. I’m just always grateful for it. It’s a blast. I get to come home and I don’t have to do it again next week.”
Shifting gears in the conversation, Bischoff then talked about Sonny Onoo’s recent heart attack and shared some health news.
“He had a scare a while back. He had a heart attack on the way back from Japan. He had a heart attack on the plane. It was a bad place to have a heart attack. It’s never a good place to have a heart attack, but that was probably one of the worst because there’s no place to drop that plane in an emergency. He had heart surgery, kicked out of it, and he’s doing great.”
