Expected Timeframe for Brock Lesnar’s WWE TV Return

Brock Lesnar portrayed a heel for the first time since 2020 earlier this year when he turned on Cody Rhodes on the WrestleMania 39 fallout of Raw to start his feud with Cody Rhodes that lasted over several months and three PLEs.

Rhodes went over at Backlash in May, while Lesnar got his win back at Night of Champions in Saudi Arabia before they wrapped it up at SummerSlam, where Lesnar put Rhodes over strongly. As previously reported, Lesnar was injured in the trilogy.

The original belief was that Lesnar is booked for WWE Fastlane on October 7th. However, that’s not the case, as he’s expected to take time off for the rest of the year.

In the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer reported that “the plan is for him to return on the television building up the Royal Rumble and from there going to WrestleMania.”

WWE may bring him back earlier as WWE holds its second Saudi Arabia show of 2023 in November. Outside of the ring, Lesnar is living his best life as he recently sang on stage with Zac Brown during a concert, as seen below:
