Feuding WWE Raw Superstars appearing together at mall

Alexa Bliss is the current Raw Women’s Champion and she’s got quite a busy schedule. When she’s not traveling the world representing WWE now she’s got to worry about taking time to film for her upcoming Total Divas gig. WWE has an autograph session coming up featuring Alexa Bliss at the West Edmonton Mall, but Little Miss Bliss isn’t coming alone.

WWE usually stacks autograph sessions accordingly to give similar stars the chance to be seen together in public so they can meet fans, snap a picture, and sign an autograph. They also like it if you bring them presents, because everybody loves presents even WWE superstars.

Well, WWE has arranged an autograph session coming up that is a rather odd combo indeed and it just further goes to prove kayfabe is dead. In the old days you would never see two of wrestling’s feuding stars appear together so they can shake hands and kiss babies while sitting within arm’s reach of each other. Old timey wrestlers wouldn’t have stood for it. There would have been a Mall Brawl that would have made the first WCW Nitro look like day-care.

But apparently Alexa Bliss and Nia Jax are okay with it as the two are booked in a program for Bliss’ Raw women’s championship but will have no problem meeting fans together. In days gone by this would be a great chance for fans to see a work right in front of them and maybe a promo cutting session, but nowadays they could probably convince Bliss and Jax to pose with them in a picture. Then again with Nia Jax and Alexa Bliss appearing together on Total Divas so we can only assume their real life friendship will be spotlighted sooner or later on the popular E! reality show.

Also appearing at the same autograph session is Titus O’Neil and Kalisto, two other guys on Raw’s roster who are feuding. This is certainly a head scratcher but it’s no big deal to modern day fans at this point. It would be a bigger deal a long time ago and we can only imagine what someone like Buddy Rogers or The Original Sheik would say about this. WWE probably just booked whoever was available, but it is still an interesting decision.
