First Look At Massive WWE SummerSlam Stage Construction

During the go-home episode of Monday Night Raw last night, WWE gave fans a special sneak peek at the early stages of the massive stage construction for this weekend’s two-night SummerSlam premium live event at MetLife Stadium.

A Massive Production For A Two-Night Showcase

The footage showcased the enormous scale of the production, with towering lighting rigs and huge stage elements already being put in place. The setup indicates that WWE is planning a WrestleMania-level spectacle for the first-ever two-night edition of “The Biggest Party of the Summer.”

A Homecoming To MetLife Stadium

SummerSlam marks WWE’s first event at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, since WrestleMania 35 in April 2019. The show will be a homecoming for several top stars who competed at that event and will also be in action this weekend, including Roman Reigns, Randy Orton, Charlotte Flair, Drew McIntyre, and Becky Lynch.

While the finished stage will not be fully revealed until showtime, the sneak peek makes it clear that SummerSlam 2025 is shaping up to be a massive event. With two nights of action and a stacked card, the event is set to be one of the biggest in WWE history.
