Five law firms are looking into class action lawsuits against WWE

The number of law firms that are looking into bringing class action lawsuits against WWE following the recent Vince McMahon scandal is continuing to increase.

There are now five law firms that have issued press releases noting that they are investigating WWE for violations of the securities laws on behalf of WWE investors.

The firms are seeking WWE shareholders who have suffered a loss in order for them to participate in a class action lawsuit. Those law firms include Scott+Scott, Rosen Law Firm, Schall Law Firm, Brager Eagel & Squire, and Labaton Sucharow.

The firms have all referred to the bombshell of a report by the Wall Street Journal from last week regarding Vince McMahon being investigated by WWE’s board for making a $3 million settlement to a former employee over an alleged sexual relationship.

In addition to that, WWE’s board is also looking into the misconduct allegations against McMahon and John Laurinaitis.

As previously reported, Laurinaitis has been placed on administrative leave and Bruce Prichard is filling in for him as the interim Head of Talent Relations.
