Everyone knows the old “never say never” saying in wrestling and it has applied to names like Bret Hart, Ultimate Warrior, Goldberg and others that ended up back working with WWE.
Well, Ryback apparently has big plans for 2019 and he is teasing that he could end up in a major promotion.
In the video below, he teases that he could end up in Impact Wrestling, Ring Of Honor, New Japan Pro Wrestling, or back in WWE in 2019.
He hasn’t been doing a ton of wrestling-related appearances since his WWE departure but it now looks like he is ready to take on more wrestling dates next year. Impact, ROH, and NJPW seem more likely than a WWE return and if there was an agreement for him to return to WWE then he wouldn’t be announcing it on YouTube.
It’s more likely that he posted the video to let companies know that he is ready to discuss a deal. We’ll see what happens next year. ROH and NJPW might be looking to sign someone like Ryback if they lose names like Cody Rhodes, The Young Bucks and Kenny Omega to WWE.
