It looks like a former SmackDown Women's Champion could be back on WWE TV in the near future.

Fightful Select reported today that Triniti Fatu, known to fans as Naomi, has maintained positive contact with WWE since leaving with Sasha Banks last year and one higher up said that they are confident that she will be in WWE again.

The higher up did not provide a timetable but with the Bloodline acknowledgment ceremony coming up this Monday at the Raw 30th anniversary show, it's possible that she shows up there or maybe in the Women's Royal Rumble match.

Earlier this month, Bryan Alvarez said on Wrestling Observer Live that he has heard that she is returning to WWE. He said "...my impression is she will be returning to WWE. Actually, you can report that my belief is that she will be returning to WWE because she will certainly be returning to WWE. I will just say that."
