With the WWE's Women's Revolution trending upwards, the possibilities for women within the company are endless. After having seen so many first-time match types for women, including the first-ever all-female pay-per-view in Evolution, it's hard to deny that a woman possibly main eventing WrestleMania is on the horizon.
Also, with WWE's signing of former UFC champion Ronda Rousey, arguably the biggest female name in sports, the company has the opportunity to make "The Rowdy One" the face of WWE.
However, speaking to the "Wade Keller Pro Wrestling Podcast," former WWE creative team member John Piermarini said he believes the company will always attach a male Superstar to Rousey moving forward:
"They are gonna put her on the shows and they’re always gonna attach a male Superstar to her. At the time, it could have been Roman Reigns. ‘Hey, we’re gonna have Ronda Rousey on Good Morning America.’ ‘Joining us on Good Morning America will be Ronda Rousey and WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns.’ I think Vince will always want to do that."
