Former two-time WWE Women’s Champion Jazz is open to making a return to a WWE ring, but she would need one thing from the company: advanced notice.
Jazz is a legendary women’s wrestler who has competed in several companies over her career. While speaking to Ring The Belle in a new interview, Jazz spoke about the possibility of entering the 2026 WWE Women’s Royal Rumble match. She noted that she would be prepared for the appearance as long as she was given adequate time to get ready.
“God, give me heads up so I can prepare myself. Don’t let it be a two week notice. That’s all I ask. Give me at least a month so I can prepare myself. Mentally, more mentally but yet physically as well. So I can get in the gym, you know, work on my guns a little bit. You know, but yeah, just give me a little heads up, and I’ll most definitely be prepared.”
A Legendary Career
Jazz first made a name for herself in Extreme Championship Wrestling before signing with WWE in 2001. She debuted at Survivor Series 2001 in a Six-Pack Challenge for the vacant WWF Women’s Championship. She would go on to capture that title on two occasions, first defeating Trish Stratus in February 2002. She famously defended her title against both Stratus and Lita in a triple-threat match at WrestleMania X8.
Her second reign came after she defeated Stratus at Backlash in 2003. After her WWE release in 2004 and a brief return in 2006, Jazz had a dominant run on the independent circuit, most notably holding the NWA World Women’s Championship for over 900 days.
Recent Appearances
Jazz has remained active in the wrestling business, working for promotions like AEW, Impact Wrestling, and the NWA. She recently appeared in TNA on the February 6, 2025, episode of Impact! and has been working as an agent for the company.
Her history with WWE has also been renewed recently. In May 2025, Jazz served as a guest trainer at the WWE Performance Center. She also made her first WWE appearance since 2006 on July 13, 2025, when she was shown in the crowd during the Evolution 2 event, where she was recognized as a pioneer of the WWE’s Women’s Evolution.
