Former WWE NXT wrestler Kevin Nikel, known professionally as Knuckles Madsen and Ivan Warsaw, has died at the age of 41. According to official reports, Nikel was fatally shot in Rogers, Arkansas.

The Benton County Sheriff’s Office revealed to the Northwest Arkansas Democrat Grazette that authorities responded to a call and arrived at the scene to find Kevin Nikel bleeding from a gunshot wound to his abdomen. He was transported to a local hospital, where he later passed away from his injuries. Further details about the circumstances surrounding the shooting have not yet been released.

Remembering Nikel’s Wrestling Career

Nikel was signed to a WWE developmental contract from 2012 to 2013, where he competed in NXT as Knuckles Madsen. During his time with the company, he shared the ring with opponents such as Kassius Ohno and Mojo Rawley.
