Former WWE Star At The Performance Center This Week

PWInsider.com has confirmed that former WWE Tag Team Champion Doug Basham was at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida, this week, serving as a guest trainer. Basham, a product of the Ohio Valley Wrestling (OVW) developmental system, had a notable run in WWE in the early 2000s.

He is best known as one-half of The Basham Brothers with Danny Basham, a team that captured the WWE Tag Team Championship on two occasions. They were also part of JBL’s “Cabinet” faction during JBL’s WWE Championship reign.

Basham remains active with OVW, now the official developmental territory for TNA Wrestling. He recently helped train actress Emily Bett Rickards for her portrayal of Mildred Burke in the upcoming film, “Queen of the Ring.”
