Former WWE star Alex Riley has stayed under the radar in the pro wrestling business since departing from WWE as he found success as an actor.
Riley, real name Kevin Kiley Jr, was under contract with WWE from 2007-2016. He was aligned with The Miz for a time during his stint with the company in 2010 and 2011. He also worked as a color commentator before heading to NXT.
He’s set to make his in-ring return with Generation Championship Wrestling as Kevin Riley - Steel Horse during Wrestlemania weekend on March 31 and April 1. He hasn't worked a match since 2016.
Riley posted an image confirming his return to wrestling on his official Instagram account while also making it known that he’s interested in joining AEW. You can see his post here:
"I know you may not agree, but i feel you should go back to professional wrestling for one more run, not wwe or nxt...maybe AEW."
