Fans at the WWE NXT live event in Leeds, England got a special treat before the matches kicked off. As seen in the video below, they observered a moment of silence for the victims in the recent Manchester terrorist attack. WWE had cancelled the show that was scheduled for Manchester after speaking with local authorities and fans were offered refunds or they could have used their tickets for the show in Leeds if they chose. After the moment of silence, former WWE ring announcer Lilian Garcia was introduced.
Garcia then sung the British national anthem in front of a packed arena. It was a really cool moment. Check out the video below and scroll down to read Garcia’s tweet that she sent out afterwards:

I give credit to WWE for their handling of the situation. Although they had to cancel the show in Manchester, they still had wrestlers out in the city visiting with bomb victims. Check out this video of Bobby Roode, Nikki Cross and Mark Andrews visiting one of the victims:
