Former WWE Star Retires From Wrestling

Sarah Rowe, known to WWE fans as Sarah Logan and most recently Valhalla, has officially confirmed her retirement from professional wrestling. A staple of the women’s division and a member of the Riott Squad and The Viking Raiders, Rowe’s journey in the business spanned over a decade, with her final contract expiring on February 5, 2026. Speaking on the Wise Traditions podcast, Rowe revealed that she has chosen to trade the squared circle for a life of homesteading and motherhood.

The transition began during the COVID-19 pandemic when Rowe was part of a large wave of WWE releases. While her husband, Erik of The Viking Raiders, remained with the company, Sarah used the time away to start a family and reconnect with her agricultural roots. Although she eventually returned to the company in 2022 alongside Erik and Ivar, she admitted that the desire to be at home permanently only grew stronger during her second stint.

“When at first I was like, I don’t want to come back to wrestling. Maybe I just want to start a homestead and be a farmer and a mother. And once that happened, my body wasn’t used to that peace. And I like, I was like scared of it. And I didn’t ever, I never felt like I was doing enough. I just left the company permanently. My contract just expired on the 5th, and I’m not renewing it,” Rowe explained.

Rowe now manages 20 acres of agricultural land, where she has expanded from growing corn to raising Highland cows and producing hay. She noted that the “peace” of the farm was initially a difficult adjustment compared to the chaotic schedule of a professional wrestler. However, she has found fulfillment in cultivating an environment where she can nourish her family and her livestock from “life to death.”

“Obviously, I left wrestling to solely focus on those things. And I really just try to cultivate an environment where everything that lives on my farm is nourished and taken care of from life to death,” Rowe added.

The 32-year-old’s departure marks the end of The Viking Raiders’ original iteration on WWE television. Her husband, Erik, remains on the active roster but is currently recovering from a neck injury, while his tag team partner Ivar has been competing as a singles wrestler on the RAW brand. As of late February 2026, the WWE women’s division continues to evolve with new faces, but the legacy of Sarah Logan as a rugged, hard-hitting pioneer remains part of the company’s recent history.
