Former WWE NXT talent Javier Bernal, who was part of the company’s releases in early May 2025, has quickly rebranded.
Taking to social media, Bernal unveiled a new vignette and his new in-ring name, Javi. In a message, Javi addressed those who have felt overlooked and declared his intent to make an impact on the independent scene.
“If you were bullied: Bullied. Didn’t get picked. Left out. It’s time to stand up. It’s to rise. It’s to fight. It’s to win,” Javi stated. “It’s time to open this pit up. Javier Bernal was among a list of NXT talent let go, which also included Cora Jade (now Elayna Black), Gallus (Joe Coffey, Mark Coffey, Wolfgang), Gigi Dolin, Jakara Jackson (now Mara Sadè), Riley Osborne, Eddy Thorpe, Oro Mensah, and Dani Palmer.
