Congratulations are in order for Scott Garland, known to wrestling fans as Scotty 2 Hotty. Garland shared the news of his engagement on his official Facebook page.
In his post, Garland noted that his now-fiancée said yes to his proposal. The engagement took place at the Disney Family Farm. Garland has been known to be a big fan of Disney.
Garland, 55, currently works for AEW as a producer and coach. He confirmed he had signed with the company in a producer and coach role in January 2024.
In 1997, after a brief two-match stint in ECW, Garland was signed to a full-time WWE and began competing in the light heavyweight division. During his WWE career, Garland held the World Tag Team Championship, Tag Team Championship and Light Heavyweight Championship. He is mostly remembered for his Too Cool tag team with “Too Sexy” Brian Christopher.
In addition to his backstage duties, Garland remains an active performer in the ring. His most recent match took place in late September 2025. This past August, Garland also had the opportunity to team with his son, Keagan Garland, at a Ring of Honor on HonorClub taping.
