Former WWE Superstar Gail Kim is urging WWE to do the right thing, in regards to the Crown Jewel show scheduled to take place in Saudi Arabia on 11/2.
She echoes the sentiments of many fans on social media and many wrestlers in the company who won't speak out publicly but privately have said they hope the show gets canceled.
Kim said, "Do the right thing @wwe you have enough money."
In response to a fan, she said fans can help to create change. Kim wrote, "Yes but the fans can create change. I don’t expect corporations to do the right thing for the most part, especially them. But fans can create change."
It will be interesting to see how much hype goes into the Crown Jewel show this coming Monday on Raw. As of now, the company is moving forward as if the show will take place in Saudi Arabia but there are discussions about a backup plan just in case.
WWE hasn't mentioned Saudi Arabia on their social media accounts since Tuesday night, shortly before the news broke about the alleged murder of Washington Post journalist Jamal Khashoggi.
