A former WWE star previously announced his intentions to return to in-ring action after being inactive for years, something he first teased last year.
That star is Ezekiel Jackson, who signed with WWE in 2007 and went to work for FCW under the Rycklon name. He was called up in 2008 for the ECW brand as Brian Kendrick’s bodyguard. He was the final man to win the ECW Championship in WWE and later became a member of The Corre, a rebranded version of the Nexus.
Jackson became an Intercontinental Champion before departing in 2014. He also had short runs in TNA and Lucha Underground. He opened a wrestling school, Bryckhouse Pro Wrestling.
Jackson teased on social media about getting back into the ring and did so on Saturday night. Jackson competed at the FWE Full Throttle event in North Carolina when he went up against Psycho Boy Fodder and Sylvain in a triple threat match for the FWE Heavyweight Championship.
