As many of you saw on this week’s episode of WWE Smackdown Live, Becky Lynch vs. Alexa Bliss for the Smackdown Women’s Championship was the main event this week and it was the first time ever that a Women’s Championship was defended inside of a steel cage. Bliss retained the championship but she got help from a familiar face. She may not have been the person under the mask in recent weeks (that was Deonna Purrazzo) but former WWE Women’s Champion Mickie James was revealed to be La Luchadora on this week’s episode of Smackdown Live.
James interfered and she hit Lynch with the Chick Kick to help Bliss win the match so Bliss retains the title. James and Bliss celebrated after the match and then attacked Lynch again so James is clearly back as a heel. Lynch fought back and ripped the mask off to reveal James to the fans.
