Four matches announced for next week’s WWE NXT

When this week’s episode of WWE NXT went off the air on the USA Network, the company had announced three matches for next Wednesday’s episode.

However, after the show went off the air, a new match was added to the card as they furthered the storyline between Drake Maverick and Killian Dain.

On this week’s show, Roderick Strong beat Dain in a singles match thanks to outside interference from Bobby Fish. After the match, the Undisputed Era members attacked Dain, which led to Maverick running out to make the save, but failed. It was only when Dain grabbed a pipe and chased off Strong and Fish. When Maverick went to shake the hand of Dain, he punched the former 205 Live General Manager.

WWE released a video after the show where it was revealed that Dain and Maverick will team up to take on Strong and Fish in a tag team match on next week’s show.

Tag Team Match:
Killian Dain and Drake Maverick vs. Roderick Strong and Bobby Fish

Non-Title Match:
NXT Women’s Champion Io Shirai vs. Shotzi Blackheart

NXT Tag Team Title Match:
Breezango (champions) vs. Marcel Barthel and Fabian Aichner

NXT North American Title Match:
Damian Priest (champion) vs. Timothy Thatcher
