Four names have been announced for WWE’s tryouts this week at the Performance Center in Orlando, Florida. PWInsider has reported that former UFC fighter Eric Spicely will be a part of the bunch. Spicely was a competitor on The Ultimate Fighter Season 23 and made it to the semi-finals. However, after racking up a three-fight losing streak, the promotion released Spicely in August. The report notes Spicely worked for Beyond Wrestling in New England in the past.
The next name revealed is Penelope Ford, who has made quite the name for herself on the independent circuit. She is better known for her time spent alongside Joey Janela. Ford and Janela appeared on the “All In” pay-per-view together in September. Next, ex-High School volleyball player, NPCC bodybuilding competitor, actor, and model Courtney Lemmings will also be trying out.
And lastly, WWE continues their trend of going after former football players. Former University of Maryland Football player Tehuti Miles will also be trying out for WWE.
