The full card for the upcoming WWE and AAA Worlds Collide special event has been revealed. Five new bouts have been added to the show, which already featured the main event for the AAA Mega Championship. The event is scheduled to take place in Las Vegas on Friday, September 12.
In a tag team title match, The New Day’s Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods will challenge Psycho Clown and Pagano for the AAA World Tag Team Championships. This will be the first time The New Day has ever challenged for titles from another promotion. Also, in the women’s division, WWE’s Natalya will take on AAA’s Faby Apache in a number one contender’s match for the AAA Reina de Reinas Championship.
In a mixed tag team match, The Judgment Day’s Finn Balor will team with former WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion Roxanne Perez to take on Mr. Iguana and NXT’s Lola Vice. The AAA Latin American Championship will also be on the line, as the champion, El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr., will defend his title in a four-way match against WWE’s Dragon Lee, JD McDonagh, and the current NXT North American Champion, Ethan Page.
