With just over a week to go, WWE has officially unveiled the full match cards for both nights of the first-ever two-night SummerSlam premium live event. The lineups for Saturday, August 2nd, and Sunday, August 3rd, are stacked with major championship bouts and grudge matches, including the newly announced encounter between Sami Zayn and Karrion Kross.
The Official Card For SummerSlam Saturday
The first night of the biggest party of the summer will feature six huge matches, including two major world title bouts. The lineup for Saturday, August 2nd is as follows:
- World Heavyweight Championship: GUNTHER (c) vs. CM Punk
- WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships: Raquel Rodriguez & Roxanne Perez (c) vs. Alexa Bliss & Charlotte Flair
- WWE Women’s Championship: Tiffany Stratton (c) vs. Jade Cargill
- Roman Reigns & Jey Uso vs. Bron Breakker & Bronson Reed
- Randy Orton & Jelly Roll vs. Drew McIntyre & Logan Paul
- Sami Zayn vs. Karrion Kross
The Official Card For SummerSlam Sunday
The second night will feature the remaining five championship matches, headlined by the highly-anticipated rematch between John Cena and Cody Rhodes. The lineup for Sunday, August 3rd, is as follows:
- Undisputed WWE Championship: John Cena (c) vs. Cody Rhodes
- Women’s World Championship: Naomi (c) vs. IYO SKY vs. Rhea Ripley
- Intercontinental Championship: Dominik Mysterio (c) vs. AJ Styles
- United States Championship: Solo Sikoa (c) vs. Jacob Fatu
- Women’s Intercontinental Championship: Becky Lynch (c) vs. Lyra Valkyria
WWE SummerSlam will take place at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey. Both nights are scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. ET / 3 p.m. PT. The event will stream live on Peacock in the United States and on Netflix in most international markets. The final build for the event continues on tonight’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown.
