Giulia is on her way to WWE as she wrapped up her commitments in Japan.
Due to her loyalty, Giulia had been working for STARDOM founder Rossy Ogawa in his new promotion, Dream Star Fighting Marigold. He had helped make her a big star in STARDOM. The idea was for her to work for the promotion before she went to WWE.
WWE was said to be very interested in Giulia for several months, and it was believed that she had some sort of offer from WWE. AEW was not in contention to sign her, as it was coming down to either joining WWE or staying with NJPW. She ultimately signed with WWE.
Last week, she scored a victory over Mai Sakurai. This was her last singles match in Japan. On Sunday, she did her last match for Marigold as she worked one-minute gauntlet matches against the Marigold roster.
