Goldberg comments on his future with WWE

Goldberg just won his most recent match against Bobby Lashley at last week’s WWE Crown Jewel pay-per-view event, which was a rematch from SummerSlam where “The Almighty” scored a victory over the WWE Hall of Famer.

The former WWE Universal Champion did an interview with Ring Rules before the Saudi Arabia pay-per-view and was asked about his future. He once again brought up having one more match left on his deal. He made it known that he thinks he can still work so it seems he is open to renewing his WWE deal.

“I still feel as though I can wrestle. I still feel as though I can entertain. So I have one more after this match, I have one more match on my contract and that’s it. We’ll see what happens. You never know.”

Goldberg has previously talked about wanting to wrestle Roman Reigns, which would be a big match the company could build up to headline a major pay-per-view event.

WWE historically will use Goldberg at the Royal Rumble PPV event in January and Saudi Arabia events, which he has a specific contract for in the country so fans will likely have to wait until the first quarter of 2022 to see Goldberg back in action.
