Goldberg’s contract expired with WWE at the end of 2022, and he’s looking to wrestle again, at least one more time to give his career a proper send-off.
As previously reported, Goldberg had a lot to say during an interview on 93.7 The Ticket, where he noted that he had a handshake agreement with Vince McMahon after losing to Roman Reigns that he would have a proper retirement match. That didn’t happen.
Goldberg is leaning toward doing his own tour in four cities. The WWE Hall of Famer also stated that he is open to anything and everything regarding his wrestling future.
Pwinsider Elite reports that Goldberg met with at least one international promoter during WrestleMania 39 week in LA.
The report states the meeting was related to Goldberg possibly having a farewell tour or celebration show with the idea that it would take place in Israel and perhaps other countries.
As of this writing, it’s unclear how far the talks with this promoter went.
