Great news for the Seth Rollins vs. Triple H match at WrestleMania

As first reported on Tuesday morning’s Wrestling Observer Radio, it appears that the news is good for fans that want to see Seth Rollins vs. Triple H at WrestleMania. WWE promised an update on Monday Night Raw but they didn’t really say much other than that his participation at Mania is “in serious doubt.”

Dave Meltzer is reporting that Rollins is considered “good” for WrestleMania and they are moving forward as if the match will take place. It was touch and go for Rollins last week after being injured at the end of last week’s Monday Night Raw in the angle with Samoa Joe. He was told that he would be out of action between 6-8 weeks.

Rollins was in Birmingham, Alabama on Monday. If he is returning in a few weeks then that likely means that the injury was not bad enough to get surgery. WWE dodged a bullet this year because this is the second year in a row that they’ve tried to do Rollins vs. Triple H at WrestleMania.

Other than Randy Orton’s WWE Championship match at Mania, the only other match officially announced for the show is Brock Lesnar vs. Goldberg.
