Hacksaw Jim Duggan going on USO Tour, Kevin Owens has special day

Hacksaw Jim Duggan is a proud American, to say the least. He is famous for yelling out: “Hoooo” followed by chanting “USA” three times. You got to chant USA three times because according to Duggan: “you can’t do one or two, there’s gotta be three USA’s.”

There are few prouder things a patriotic entertainer such as Jim Duggan can do except for performing for the troops. On a recent episode of Hacksaw Jim Duggan’s podcast, he discussed his plans to do just that.

“I’m just talking with the USO, you know. So you know, as a kid growing up me and my dad would sit there and of course during the Vietnam War — God bless all those guys and women that fought in that battle or that war. But watching Bob Hope in World War II — those people going over in the USO. So I’m looking forward to setting up a trip with the USO later this year and traveling overseas and shaking some of the hands of the brave young men and women that actually keep us safe and free. You know, I’ve been carrying a flag — I’ve been going around the world doing it. But I wanna go out there with the guys right on the front lines and tell them thanks.”

Speaking of the USA, Kevin Owens is the current United States Champion and having a great time as New Face Of America. His DVD recently came out and he had a really special moment due to the release of his life story.

When he was a kid he used to go to a video store in his hometown and purchase WWF video tapes. His parents supported his passion for pro wrestling as a child. Now as he’s an adult and WWE United States Champion his parents are still supporting their son’s passions. Except for this time they’re buying their son’s DVD.

Kevin Owens recently told the story in a really cool tweet he sent out. This is an awesome thing and we’re really glad KO shared it with us.
