The new HBO Max series, “Peacemaker,” the character John Cena portrayed in “The Suicide Squad” film that was released last August, premiered on the streaming service today.
The first three episodes can be watched now. Starting Thursday, a new episode will be released weekly. The first season of the series will have eight episodes and be about the origins of the character.
Steve Agee, Jennifer Holland, Freddie Stroma, Danielle Brooks, Robert Patrick, and Chukwudi Iwuji also star in the series. James Gunn wrote and directed the series. Check out the trailer here:
