If it were up to Kurt Angle, WWE would be in the midst of one of the hottest feuds professional wrestling has seen in quite some time.
The WWE Hall Of Famer and current Monday Night RAW General Manager recently held a Q&A for fans on his official Facebook page. One of the questions was, if it were up to him, which feud would he book given the current WWE roster if given full creative control. The former Olympic gold medalist said that he would like to see current WWE Champion AJ Styles and Seth Rollins work together:
“Right at this moment? AJ Styles Vs Seth Rollins. They’re both super hot right now. They would burn it down. No pun intended.”
While that feud might be a possibility in the future, it won’t be happening anytime soon. Styles is currently over on SmackDown Live and Rollins is chasing the Intercontinental Championship on RAW. The only chance they have of meeting inside the ring one-on-one before the next Superstar Shake-Up is if WWE decides to once again use the same format at Survivor Series as last year.
This would mean that Rollins and Styles would have to both be champions on their respective brands.
