How To Unlock Triple H’s “My Time” Theme In WWE 2K25’s MyFACTION Mode

The official social media account for WWE Games has announced that Triple H’s classic 1999 entrance theme, “My Time,” will be available in the new WWE 2K25 video game. The iconic theme is included as part of a special retro Persona Card for the WWE Hall of Famer.

This popular theme, synonymous with Triple H’s ascent to main event status at the turn of the century, has been a frequent request from fans of the video game series. Its inclusion marks the return of a fan-favorite piece of WWE’s Attitude Era history to the virtual world.

How To Unlock “My Time”

According to the announcement, the theme song is tied to a specific unlockable item within the game’s MyFACTION mode. “Earn the Triple H ‘99 Persona Card, with his “My Time” theme song, by completing the Ultimate Challenge IX live event in MyFACTION!” the post stated.

MyFACTION is WWE 2K’s card-collecting and team-building mode where players acquire cards of WWE Superstars to build a four-person faction. The Triple H ’99 Persona Card will only be available for a limited time through the “Ultimate Challenge IX” live event, requiring players to complete specific in-game challenges to earn the reward.

About WWE 2K25

WWE 2K25 is the latest installment in the long-running professional wrestling series developed by Visual Concepts and published by 2K. The game was released on March 14, 2025, for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Windows, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S. A Nintendo Switch 2 version is scheduled for release on July 23, 2025.

The game builds upon the mechanics of its predecessor, bringing back features like chain wrestling and introducing new elements such as a “Giant” wrestler class. For the first time in the franchise’s history, WWE 2K25 also includes support for intergender matches. Other new match types include “Underground” and “Bloodline Rules,” a no-disqualification match that allows for multiple run-ins.

Game Modes and Showcase

The game features several returning modes, including MyGM, Universe, and the MyRise campaign mode, which follows a group of NXT wrestlers trying to take over Raw and SmackDown. The popular Showcase mode this year is themed around The Bloodline and the legendary Anoa’i family, highlighting the careers of stars like Roman Reigns, The Usos, Rikishi, and Yokozuna.

A brand new mode titled “The Island” has also been introduced. This online mode is modeled after “The City” from the NBA 2K franchise and takes place in a Samoa-inspired setting where players use their custom wrestlers. The game has received generally favorable reviews, though some critics have noted that “The Island” mode feels underdeveloped and heavily emphasizes microtransactions.

Triple H, whose real name is Paul Levesque, currently serves as the Chief Content Officer for WWE and is the head of the company’s creative direction. His “My Time” era is fondly remembered by fans as the period where he transitioned from a member of D-Generation X into his main event persona, “The Game.” The standard edition of WWE 2K25 features Roman Reigns and Paul Heyman on the cover.
