There are plans to do brand vs. brand vs. brand secondary title match at Survivor Series.
As noted in the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter, there's been talk of doing a match featuring Intercontinental Champion Shinsuke Nakamura vs. United States Champion AJ Styles vs. NXT North American Champion Roderick Strong.
That is the plan but it might not be that exact match, which means that Nakamura or Styles could lose their title before the pay-per-view.
Dave Meltzer noted how Daniel Bryan is in a storyline with Nakamura so there is a chance that the Survivor Series match could end up being Strong vs. Bryan vs. Styles, which would be a dream match for fans who followed them when they wrestled on the independent scene. Quite frankly, it would be a dream match even if they kept Nakamura in the match.
The Styles storyline with his OC teammates facing top stars on NXT may change things because that was not the original plan as of a week ago. Before the NXT storyline was put together, Styles was scheduled to go into Survivor Series as the champion.
As always, things change on a daily basis in WWE so the plan for the dream match could change but if it does happen then it could be a match of the year candidate if they are given enough time.
